ROOFING CHALLENGE: Lou Higgins Recreational Center at Baldwin Wallace University is the epicenter of student activity, and experiences heavy foot traffic year-round. The university, located in Berea, Ohio, is exposed to all four seasons, which makes it necessary to have a robust, durable roof. Installed in 1985 over the preexisting deck layer, the 29,000+ sq. ft. FiberTite Roofing System by Seaman Corporation is still standing strong today. “This has been one of the better roofs I’ve had on campus here,” Dubena said. “As far as the snow and the wind, I think it has held up well.” Watch this video to learn more:
